CHALLENGE

Tyco International, a security systems company, was transforming from a global holding company with as many as 1,000 brands to a globally operating company with over 17,000 employees in 2,000 locations.

STRATEGY

Tyco’s IT department engaged Sandra Kelder to provide communications counsel specific to their digital and social media strategies and to enhance employee engagement.
