Global Reorganization

CHALLENGE

A global pharmaceutical company’s Global Planning & Technology Services division was undergoing a global reorganization and had recently appointed new senior leadership. The team had been given new roles, goals, and objectives; and, they wanted to make a positive change to its culture. 

STRATEGY

Sandra Kelder was engaged to lead Change Communications. ​


She recommended implementing a comprehensive global communications program to enhance and engage employees, consistently communicate their messages and stories around the globe, and increase transparency.​

RESULTS

With Sandra's strategic communications counsel and programming, the division achieved: a rapid and measurable increase in employee engagement and morale as quantified in a bi-annual global employee engagement survey; enhanced senior leadership communications as measured by post-event surveys; and created a culture of innovation, collaboration, and transparency as evidenced by the team being awarded much-coveted industry accolades and media coverage in recognition of their Innovation.
