CHALLENGE
Celgene's IT Department set out to deploy a new Immersive Telepresence capability around the globe to enable their teams to more quickly collaborate and innovate to meet the opportunities in their marketplace without having to travel the globe.
STRATEGY
Sandra Kelder was engaged to provide strategic communications counsel to help communicate the rollout of the technology, foster quick adoption, and facilitate user education.
